Our strategy is simple: We connect people from local churches with students from local schools in mutually transforming relationships.
We believe that it is the church’s responsibility to invest in the lives of students and families in our community. That is why we partner with over 20 churches to enlist godly men and women to answer God’s call in Matthew 28:19-20. Mentoring provides the church a tangible way to fulfill the Great Commission.
We offer training and guidelines to help mentors consistently and regularly show up in their mentee’s life, and facilitate fun events and connections that last a lifetime.
We partner with teachers, counselors, and principals in each school to identify at-risk students that can benefit from a steady one-on-one relationship with a mentor. Mentor Connect is now available to all students in Tyler ISD and we have expanded into Whitehouse ISD beginning with both Cain Elementary and Brown Elementary.
