Ron Verner joins The Mentoring Alliance from an extensive background in marketing, operations, leadership, and technology. He and his wife Lou have lived in Tyler for three years, having moved to provide additional care for elderly parents. Ron’s business career included twenty years at EDS in leadership roles in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Energy business operations. He also was a Partner in PricewaterhouseCooper’s consulting organization, a CEO of two smaller consulting firms - and most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing for iDonate, a nonprofit donation software company in Dallas.
Ron and Lou have six children in DFW and in Houston and 19 grandchildren with more on the way. He and Lou serve with Grace Community Church in Tyler in both family ministry and worship ministry. Ron has a business degree from Oklahoma Christian University.
