At The Mentoring Alliance are committed to serving our families well by keeping you up to date on our policies!  As we prepare for the holiday season, we want to remind each of you of our 2019-2020 payment policy and resolve any questions that you may have concerning the invoices that you will receive during this time.

During the holiday season, you are still responsible for your invoice payments. Upon enrollment into the BGCET program, you received a total balance due (tuition) for the school year. Holidays and teacher planning days are considered in that total balance. So, even though you are paying DURING the time your student/s is out of school, you are not paying FOR the time your student/s is out of school.  You are paying towards the total balance that has been broken down into evenly divided invoices for the school year.  Because of this, your invoices will not be pro-rated and will continue on their scheduled payment cycle which is as follows:

Accounts that are not satisfied during this time will be subject to the normal unenrollment process for non-payment. In order to re-enroll your student/s, the past due invoice must be satisfied along with a re-enrollment fee of $40 and your weekly tuition cost.
