Mikaela Sturgis graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute earning a degree in Christian Ministries, and with a focus on Generational Trends and Youth Ministry. She is from San Antonio, TX but most of her family lives in Tyler. She was adopted when she was 17 years old by a loving family while still having the privilege of being connected with her biological family.

Mikaela has worked for Youth for the Nations summer camp for the past 3 summers. She is honored and excited to have the privilege to work for The Mentoring Alliance in their Rose City Summer Camps program. She is passionate about discipleship and relationships ever since coming to know Jesus as her personal Savior. It is a dream for her to have the opportunity to impact this generation, and help point others to better understand and know the capacity to which Jesus loves them.
